Iain Morrison Poet, performer and cultural programmer based in Scotland.

Iain Morrison is a poet, performer, and cultural programmer based in Edinburgh, Scotland. He has presented his work widely in the UK, and in readings further afield in Europe and in the United States.

Iain's training in the performing arts underpins playfully conceived live presentations including a night of drag queen poetry, durational readings of Emily Dickinson's complete poems, and a musical stageshow of women's writing from the Beat Generation.

He works as a curator at Edinburgh's Fruitmarket, leading its 'poetics' strand that showcases work by leading contemporary poet-artists including Anthony Vahni Capildeo, CAConrad, and Anna Mendelssohn. His critical writings on poetics feature in art and academic publications.
